Check-in time and check-out time, what to do when leaving the apartment?

Check-in time is from 16:00 – 16:30. It is not possible to check in earlier. 

Check-out time is 10.30 am.
When leaving the apartment,:
– put towels, duvet cover and sheet in the pillowcase and put them next to the door in the flat;
– turn heating down low;
– turn off all lights. 

What about parking?

You can reserve a parking space in the direct surrounding of the apartment. During check in 

you’ll receive the key for the parking pole. The costs are € 10 per night. Limited number of spaces available. Reserve in time! Please send mail to: info@woonhotelpetruskerk.nl

You can park for free in the area.

Can I reserve breakfast?

You can reserve a delicious breakfast at Ontbijt service Zeeland. Order online at least 2 working days in advance before 4pm for delivery the next day or on the delivery date when it suits you. ontbijt-zeeland.nl

Is it possible to rent a high chair and/or camping cot?

Yes, this is possible! High chair hire € 5 per stay and cot hire € 25 per stay. 

 Please note: limited number of cots available. Book in time, please send an e-mail to: info@woonhotelpetruskerk.nl 

Is it possible to come with more people than we have booked for?

The number of people specified for the accommodation you have booked corresponds to the number of beds available and is the maximum number of people allowed.
For security reasons, it is not possible to stay in the apartment with more people. 

Is there bicycle shed and are there points to charge bikes?

You will receive several keys during check-in. The key with the round head is for the communal bicycle shed. Here you will also find charging points for electric bikes.

Are there charging points for electric cars?

There are currently no charging points for electric cars. 

Are dogs allowed?

A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed, only in the 8-person presbyterium house on the ground floor.

Tourist tax?

For reservations made via Booking.com, you can pay the tourist tax (by pin) upon arrival during check-in. 

What are the cancellation conditions?

Guests can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival, if cancellation is not made within the stipulated period of 14 days, the full amount will be charged.

Is there WiFi everywhere?

WiFi is available throughout the accommodation. This service is free of charge.

House rules? 

Smoking is not allowed in the flats.
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please make as little noise as possible between 10pm and 7am.

Are towels provided?

Towels are provided (2 x large towels and 1 x small towel per person) and the beds are made for you.
If you have rented the apartment for a longer period, you can order an extra towel package (€6.50 p.p.) and/or linen package (€9.50 p.p.). Please send mail to: info@woonhotelpetruskerk.nl 

Is it possible to come with more people than we have booked for?

The number of people specified for the accommodation you have booked corresponds to the number of beds available and is the maximum number of people allowed.
For security reasons, it is not possible to stay in the flat with more people. 

Is there a laundry facility?
You will receive several keys during check-in. The larger key is for the laundry room, which is located next to apartment 4. You can use the washing machine/dryer with a €2 coin. 

What coffee machine is available in the flat?

Nespresso coffee machine. (Nespresso cups) 

Reserving a bicycle/Fatbike/Bicycle trailer is possible!

You can reserve an (electric) bicycle / Fatbike / bicycle trailer at Vlissingen Bike Rental. www.vlissingenfietsverhuur.nl

What should we bring ourselves?

– Toilet paper (there are 2 toilet rolls in the apartment)

– Cleaning products 

– Dishcloth (1 dishcloth present in apartment)

– Tea towel and kitchen towel (1 x tea towel and 1 x kitchen towel present in apartment)

– Dishwasher tablets (2 x dishwasher tablets present in apartment) 

– Rubbish bags (1x present in apartment) 

Discount code not working?

First enter the date of stay when the discount applies, then enter the discount code in the top right. The discount will then be applied during booking. 

What can I do when I’ve left something in the apartment?

It often happens that guests leave things in the apartment. This can of course happen, but because it happens very often that guests forget their belongings and it takes us quite some time (placing items in a box/weighing them, looking up the address, paying online for shipping, taking them to the post office, sending payment request to the guest) we charge € 15,- on top of the shipping costs. We will then send you a payment request via e-mail.
